Coaching Skills and Techniques for the 14-19 workforce
The 14-19 Diploma Support pack of resources has been created to support the use of coaching skills and techniques as tools for embedding 14-19 reforms in schools, colleges and the work of other providers. It is designed to support a culture of continuing professional development (CPD) and learning by enhancing practitioners’ coaching skills and highlighting the things practitioners who are being coached can do to make the most of the opportunity.
14 -19 Workforce Support Programme
As part of the 14 -19 workforce support programme, CUREE has worked with a group of SSAT trainers to develop their coaching skills and techniques to embed 14 -19 reforms; meanwhile, a pack of resources, partly drawn from CUREE Effective Mentoring and Coaching packs were developed to enable trainers to deliver their own bespoke training.
