Podcast – ‘Why Research and Teachers?’

In this podcast, Philippa Cordingley is interviewed about drawing attention to the importance of school leaders acting as 'hunters and gatherers' of research. The subsequent sharing with staff of their excitement about particular articles or web sites can cause a ripple effect of acceptance of research as an important part of ongoing professional learning.

NFER Conference: Making a Difference with Research
