Hello and welcome. We would like to thank you for logging in to our new Effective Mentoring and Coaching forum where we hope to bring you new resources and ideas that intrigue and help you in your use of coaching and mentoring. We hope that it stimulates networking amongst practitioners, sharing resources and experiences from which we can all learn. Every month we will be adding new resources for you to include in your repetoire - things that we know work well with the many groups and schools with whom we work. Please feel free to comment on the items that we have posted or to start your own thread of discussion. We look forward to your contributions!

For those of you that are keen to contribute resources to the interactions on the forum the best mechanism is to include a weblink to the resources in the textbox. In this way your comment and the resource are linked and they remain under your control to update at source. Alison
