  • The pack will provide the CPD coordinator with high-quality up-to-date materials in one place. The toolkit will enable them to construct a development programme tailored to the needs of their own school.
  • This is an outstanding resource. I like the flexibility of being able to choose activities not only by type but also by the estimated time that it would take to undertake them.

Pulling Together

  • The CD is easy to use (and I speak as something of a technophobe)
  • Particular aspects that I found really useful (included) the general recognition that there are demands made by the daily task of teaching, and that mentoring and coaching must not only recognise that but contribute to, and support, those demands.
  • I would definitely use the materials when introducing co-coaching to colleagues…
  • The depth provided by the material would enable me to use it in a variety of ways: dipping in for one-off sessions or delivering ‘full blown’ training in a more formal setting.

Joining up

  • As CPD leader the pack is extremely useful because it allows me to draw links and ideas for staff, but also to have in mind a larger picture with reference to the School Development Plan.
  • The pack is very attractively packaged and layout is pleasing on the eye
  • Very comprehensive; all the resources are ready to use. PowerPoint particularly useful and the activities have clear objectives/reasoning which can be shared with colleagues
  • Planning the CPD for the school year is made much easier with a pack such as this – different aspects can be used at different times – liked the interactive planning tool.
  • ‘Joining Up’ magazine was easy to read and sparked interest and the index on the back was very useful; far easier than always having to refer to the CD.
