Philippa Cordingley is invited to speak at Staffordshire CPD leadership Conference on 6th July. The session focusing on the future of CPD and the influence of Mentoring & Coaching on CPD will take participants onto a journey of adult professional learning and help them to understand what CPD leadership roles look like, how Mentoring & Coaching skills contribute to effective CPD practice and the learning strategies that work for adults as well as for pupils.
