As part of the Succession Planning programme in Nottingham City, CUREE is pleased to be delivering the Mentoring and Coaching training session for school CPD leaders and senior practitioners. The training will be focused on developing coaching and mentoring skills across the school workforce. Schools will be working with their “burning issues” and considering how coaching can help move them forward. As well as developing skills, the senior leaders present will be linking coaching to their school development planning.
