  • CUREE are the leading national experts in mentoring and coaching. They created the National Framework for Mentoring and Coaching and have a research-informed, practical approach which provides scaffolded support and structure through an extensive array of attractive, easy to use tools and resources.
  • Colleagues who attend this programme will receive these resources for use across their school. Resources include a bank of real-world mentoring conversations for colleagues to analyse and use to identify effective practices, common challenges and ways of overcoming them.

  • This programme is free of charge to schools – the funding is provided by the IOA, including funding for supply cover time, and all training is local, reducing travel costs or time.
  • The opportunity to access and contribute to the development of a bespoke, interactive, on-line CUREE research route map, created specifically for the Ipswich context.  This will later be available to Ipswich OA.
  • Through accessing and using the IOA-specific CUREE Research Route Map and its tools and resources you will be contributing to a self-sustaining local support network for mentors.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will become professionally accredited CUREE mentors, and there will be some opportunities for participants to achieve further Masters-level accreditation.
