CUREE’s Train the Trainer course will not only show you how to use coaching in ways which make a difference to both staff and student learning, but also provide you with the skills and resources to help you in training others. Explore with us, a series of practical tools that embed and sustain quality in coaching, tackle common obstacles, connect coaching with your development priorities and help you evaluate impact.

 

Who is it for?

• Leaders of CPD in schools 

• Leaders/provides of CPD for groups, networks

• Heads, deputies and members of the senior leadership team 

• Facilitators of CPD. 

 

Why would I do this course? 

• Help colleagues to diagnose their skills and develop as a coach for different situations 

• Learn how to use a range of tools and resources which scaffold and support colleague’s skills development

• Practice your coaching skills and support others 

 

When will the sessions take place? 

Sessions will take place during the next academic year (2018/19) at our office in Coventry
