This pack focuses on what co-coaches can do to enhance the effectiveness of their professional learning by:

• accurately diagnosing their learning needs
• understanding when they need specialist help, and where to go to get it
• using data and evidence effectively
• evaluating the effects of their developing practice.

While the digital EMAC packs can be navigated intuitively and used alone, we strongly recommend considering accompanying CPDL support to introduce colleagues to the packs and help make best use of their resources.

Included in your EMAC pack purchase is a licence permitting the EMAC resources to be used in the licensed school. If you would like to make use of the suite across multiple schools within a MAT, then you will need a multi-site licence agreement.
