This pack focuses on what mentors can do to enhance the effectiveness of mentoring by:
- brokering or facilitating access to research and practice relevant to a professional learner’s needs
- maximising professional learning within assessment and accreditation frameworks
- understanding underlying anxieties and the effects they can have on mentors.
While the digital EMAC packs can be navigated intuitively and used alone, we strongly recommend considering accompanying CPDL support to introduce colleagues to the packs and help make best use of their resources.
Included in your EMAC pack purchase is a licence permitting the EMAC resources to be used in the licensed school. If you would like to make use of the suite across multiple schools within a MAT, then you will need a multi-site licence agreement.
