Philippa's well attended workshop at researchED explored robust evidence about the Continuing Professional Development and Learning (CPDL) activities that are linked with pupil as well as teacher success – and what we now know doesn’t work. It focused on practical ways that teachers and school leaders can use this evidence to make a meaningful professional learning whole out of disparate formal and informal CPD activities.
