Following on from the successful support staff mentoring and coaching training at City of Portsmouth Girls School back in December, Lisa Bradbury is going to design and deliver the half day programme on 9th February. The session will continue to build on the knowledge and skills participants gained on the previous session and deepen their understanding of the benefits of coaching and mentoring. The session will also lead participants to explore some more useful tools and resources and provide them with opportunities to put the skills to practice in their mini coaching session.
