The session, suitable for LAs, school leaders and National Education Agencies, will provide an opportunity to share for the first time CUREE’s work on the Practitioner Use of Research Review (2010) as well as the emerging findings from the three years of work on Building the Evidence Base for the 21st Century Curriculum (2010) for QCDA. We are also pleased to welcome Professor Helen Timperley from the University of Auckland to explore her work on the Best Evidence Synthesis: Teacher Learning and Development (2009).
Participants will be amongst the first to explore the emerging issues for teachers’ professional learning in this highly interactive day. During the day we intend to:
- Learn about some of the key findings relating to teachers’ professional learning
- Provide you with the opportunity to debate key issues in CPD
- Consider implications for future strategy development.
The day session is charged at £150* per person. If you are able to attend on Friday 3rd December, please email serena.dong@curee.co.uk so that we can finalise arrangements.
Places are limited so that you will have the opportunity to engage and consider the implications for your organisation.
