CUREE has been working closely with Buckinghamshire Local Authorities to design a series of bespoke Mentoring and Coaching programme for different groups of teachers and leaders from local schools. Philippa Cordingley is going to kick start the first session of a coaching and co-coaching programme for a group of teachers in senior positions to help them build their ability to deploy the benefits of coaching as a key school improvement tool. Highly interactive as usual, the session will help participants to develop their understanding of the National Framework of Mentoring and Coaching, equip them with useful tools to facilitate coaching and provide opportunities for participants to co-coach and work with each other both within this programme and their on-going development activities.
