Philippa Cordingley is presenting ‘Stepping stones, bridges and scaffolding: effective tools artefacts and professional learning processes for research use’ at 2010 AERA (American Education Research Association) Annual Conference, which will be held on 30th April till 4th May in Colorado.

The theme of AERA 2010 is “Understanding Complex Ecologies in a Changing World”. It is intended to encourage contributions that address various challenges and opportunities, conceptual, methodological, and practical that are inherent in understanding how and what people learn across time and space.

Philippa’s presentation is to explore the use of research based tools, processes and artifacts as a means of encouraging use of research through an exploration of a connected range of research summaries, learning resources and national change levers operating at scale in the English education system.
