Following the successful full day training in February, Lisa Bradbury is leading the first twilight for Stockton schools in April. The session, which will equip the participants with more coaching skills, such as the learning agreement and external research resources, will help to deepen delegates’ understanding of the rationale and research evidence for coaching, identify learning goals, build confidence in their ability to co-coach colleagues and utilise the external research evidence to embed coaching in their schools.
