Following the successful training session in December 2009, CUREE has been invited to deliver more development sessions for the AST group in Kent in February and March. Clare Buntic will be delivering the first of three sessions on 9th February and will be supported by Catherine Dobson, an experienced Science AST in the area who has deep and practical experience of the "Effective mentoring and coaching" materials. ASTs play an important part in the continuation of professional learning and we are pleased to equip them further with useful tools to help them develop teaching, through coaching techniques, in their area.
