Clare Buntic is working with Catherine Dobson, an AST in the West Kent area to co-plan and co-deliver a mentoring & coaching development session to a group of school teachers from schools across the West Kent Learning Federation. The training will be built on the national framework for mentoring and coaching and the key concepts and skills described within this. The session will equip participants with useful tools to develop their skills as a coach/co-coach as well as a professional learner and schools will take back into their schools a CUREE Effective Mentoring and Coaching pack to allow them to disseminate their learning further.
