As part of the 14 -19 workforce support programme, CUREE has worked with a group of SSAT trainers to develop their coaching skills and techniques to embed 14 -19 reforms; meanwhile, a pack of resources, partly drawn from CUREE Effective Mentoring and Coaching packs were developed to enable trainers to deliver their own bespoke training. Here we are looking forwards to the glories of an English spring and an Easter break. It’s good to have a rhythm to steady us in the turmoil of so much headline change in the education system.
