As part of the 14 -19 workforce support programme, CUREE has worked with a group of SSAT trainers to develop their coaching skills and techniques to embed 14 -19 reforms; meanwhile, a pack of resources, partly drawn from CUREE Effective Mentoring and Coaching packs were developed to enable trainers to deliver their own bespoke training.
