I am mentoring a peer in middle management in FE who is new to post and concurrently studying for my Post Grad assignment "The Mentor Exemplifying Good Practice". I have realise that whilst I have roles and responsibilities I have no standards! This either makes me amoral or keen to identify the professional standards we should be working to and to locate them. I am amazed that I have been in post so long without realising this omission. Am I alone? Can anyone advise? Curious
