Barnsley Effective Mentoring and Coaching Twilight Session 1

The first twilight session, following on the successful full day session in September, will start with colleagues sharing successes and opportunities of using the resources. Then the session will lead all participants to explore the co-coaching relationship and skills and help them to recognise the importance of drawing on external support and offer ways of accessing the research that help with daily teaching and learning. The session will also provide participants with opportunities to explore how they can use the resources to deal with their issues in practice.
