Graham School has a full suite of CUREE Effective Mentoring and Coaching materials and has commissioned CUREE to develop and deliver a full day session for 120 staff. This session will build on the work Graham School has been doing with a group of lead coaches in order to embed the coaching culture across the whole school. Led by Philippa Cordingley and Clare Buntic, the session will be highly interactive and full of activities and metaphors. By the end of the session, participants will have developed their understanding of the connections between effective professional learning and pupil learning, explored the skills they need to take coaching to scale, and understood how to make use of all six resource packs to help to build school capacity.
