The head mentor twilight for Knowsley Headteachers will be led by Clare Buntic on 2nd March following a bravo full day development in February. Highly interactive as usual, this session will develop participants’ understanding of the significance of coaching and co-coaching and help participants to explore more tools that will assist good practice in their support of other new heads in the Knowsley area. The ways of evaluating coaching impact will also be explored and participants will have opportunities to make future plans via co-coaching practice.
