CUREE’s Principal Professional Learning Manager, Lisa Bradbury will be delivering a coaching development session for a group of school teachers from the RAISE programme in Bridgend. Now in the final year of its funding the RAISE programme is aiming to make its successes more sustainable into the future by using a coaching approach to spread the learning across schools in the area, developing the skills of a broad number of teachers.
The full day training session in December and the twilight session in January will be full of interactive activities exploring the core concepts of coaching and mentoring through the national framework and developing the skills of participants as both coaches and as continuing professional learners.
