As a part of the coaching training session provided to the Leicester City Leadership Learning Bursaries, the second phase of the training is about to kick off. Built upon the previous session of effective coaching skills and tools to diagnose and refine participant’s own skills, this session will focus on taking their coaching skills to scale and transferring those skills to the whole school workforce. It will thus help schools to link effective coaching to the school development and performance management.
