Our Chief Executive Philippa Cordingley is delivering a Coaching training session as a part of the second of four enquiry seminars provided by the Leicester Leadership Learning Bursaries. A Part of the seminar aims to encourage the collaborative aspect of people’s work, in particular to examine the coaching dimension. The Coaching session will explore the principles and concepts of coaching and mentoring; delve into the coaching skills through reviewing examples of practice; and help attendants to evaluate their own skills and develop priorities.
